Loving and Giving

Life is a culture of love. In this culture, the balance between giving and receiving is essential.

When the culture of love is absent, the culture of fear takes over and dominates.

In a culture of love, lasting and constructive influence emerges through selfless intentions and sincere actions. For any attitude or behavior that does not carry the positive energy of love ultimately serves the culture of fear and is perceived as an expression of it. If love energy (compassion, kindness, empathy) is absent from actions and behaviors, only cunning and selfishness thrive.

Selfishness and cunning, which are derivatives of narcissism, are ruthless attitudes that poison the joy of life. They are relentless executioners that destroy pleasure and cheerfulness.

However, sincerity, which is a derivative of the culture of love, is a discipline, a system that serves beautiful purposes through mutual understanding and self-improvement.

The fundamental principle of this system is love. Love is the expression of the true self. It manifests in sincere attitudes and behaviors.

In genuine love, no negative meaning or action can take form. If it does, moral corruption has begun…!

For in life, everything is shaped by the amount of love in one's inner world and emotional state.

You can give without loving. But you cannot love without giving. Because love sometimes means letting go -letting go of choices, comfort zones, and goals; dedicating one’s energy or time to another (be it family, values, humanity, or the common good of society, etc.).

Love, respect, responsibility, commitment, and loyalty may seem like the difficult aspects of life. However, when these values are driven by a spirit of identification, putting them into practice is not as difficult as it seems.

A philosopher explains the law of love as follows:

"To love is to unlock the limitless gates of divine treasures. If we love, we cannot help but give. To give is to gain; it is to fulfil the law of love. By giving, we activate the infinite law of ‘being measured by the measure we use.’ When there is no thought of receiving, avoiding receiving becomes impossible; for the abundance you give will return to you accordingly. Give and it shall be given to you. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." (Luke 6:38, Matthew 7:2)

The joy of receiving through giving is unique. Stay happy and at peace with the joy of giving.
